  2. Photos become an inventory. Snap every room. Each photo is turned into a draft inventory with counts and estimated values, before we take possession of anything.
  3. One quote. Buy, consign and removal, netted into a single number.
  4. Tagged and tracked. On site, every item gets a barcode tag, and every drive gets wiped or shredded with a certificate by serial number.
